This blog is about my experiences raising a family with food alergies. My experiece started in the late 80′s with the birth of my son. My wife and I have raised a son and daughter and have helped several friends who have children with food allergies. Back then it was rough and not as much was known about food allergies. Today much more is known and this like listing allergins on food lables is common. Since I am finding more and more young family’s in the same boat my wife and I were in decades ago I thought I might be able to pass along some of our families experiences. Hopefully some people will read this and share their experiences also.
